The property is good, the room and bedsheet were clean. However, there were some missing emenities like towel and soap. The employees proved to be honest when, unfortunately, I left my purse in the room during checkout. Realising my mistake three days later, I had lost hope. My purse primarily contained my ID and some cash over 1,000 rs, since I usually rely on online payments and rarely use my purse for, It took me 3 days to notice when I searched for my debit card for an online payment. Miraculously, when I called hotel to inquire about my misplaced purse using my booking ID, the front office confirmed that they had found it. Upon reaching the property to retrieve my purse, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that nothing was missing neither cash nor documents. This unexpected experience left me feeling lucky, and I am sincerely grateful to the team at Manyata Royal Mac. Thank you for your honesty and assistance.
The check-in experience at the hotel was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the food options were average and could be improved. The cleanliness of the hotel room was satisfactory, but there were a few minor maintenance issues. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
