The staff at this hotel is simply amazing! They were so helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, it's in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!

The room was absolutely amazing! 5 star quality indeed. The only drawback was the cleanliness, which was just average, hence 4 stars. Though the checkin experience was smooth, it could have been better. Overall, a delightful stay!
