The stay along with food taken as a whole was outstanding . Additionally, Apart from the services and management, humanity plays a very pertinent role in this place of accommodation. This being said out of their service of even pickup service privided by them for their customers from their own personal transportation , no matter with regards to number of customers. Transport included at my time of stay was an electronic driven scooty with allowance to single customer load. We were in group of 3 and even after that they made 3 different rounds for pickup. Staff behavior was also outstanding and I could count on them for my next visit to Kolkata for residence. Full compliments for behavior. Very fructifued service. Loved it. Thank you
The Hotel is located a bit isolated from the main road. So if you are coming by Bus/public transport then you need to walk for 1 km to reach the hotel. The receptionist behaviour is good and most of the staff are good except one. One staff member also helped me to reach the main road by electric scooter. For food I would suggest ordering from zomato rather than their menu. If you have Airtel the network coverage will be bad. Wifi is slow. Some rooms have a small balcony which is good. To summarise: Hotel interiors and Room : Good Staff: overall good Location: A bit interior. Food: Not so good Overall i would recommend at this hotel at this price range
