I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely fantastic, exceeding my expectations. However, the check-in experience and food were disappointing. The staff needs to improve their efficiency, and the food quality needs to be enhanced. Overall, the room made up for the other shortcomings, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The check-in experience could have been better, as it took a bit longer than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful, although there were a couple of instances where they seemed a bit overwhelmed. However, the room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Overall, a decent stay.
