hey everyone,it is very easy to book rooms through Oyo ,and it also makes affordable deals with better prize,hotel was very nice ,although sound proofing is a problem in many hotels that I have faced ,so they can work on this system , although my stay was very good ,services are also nice . initially I was facing a problem in booking because the room I booked online was not really available in hotel ,but by calling customer u can solve these problems they were ready to arrange another hotel near by ,but only issue that comes up with these scenarios is that you don't get your money back on cancellation.
I have not received my money i booked through agoda they r saying we don't hav any booking but hotel is showing in agoda but there r lot of holes in that site customer care are not in hindi wale they knew only English or korean but.. Hotel is not bad at last mereko cash hi dene pde
