Room: The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing ambience. However, the cleanliness could have been better. Check-in Experience: The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with the staff being friendly and attentive. They made us feel welcome and provided all necessary information. Amenities: The hotel had great amenities, including a swimming pool and a gym. However, some facilities were not well-maintained, which slightly affected the overall experience.
