Budget hotel located at main road segamat-gambang. It is worth it for a tired traveller. There is a supermarket adjacent to it. Restaurants are located nearby. The rooms are located up to the second floor. The room is clean with towels and cheap soap bars. There is no duvet but a thin blanket. The air-conditioning is cold. The water heater in the bathroom is not working, and there is a leaking shower.
