Room for 3- ok if u dont mind limited space. Not entirely soundproof, as u can hear some people walking outside, but still worth the money i guess. Since it's the cheapest i can find. Near to Sg Nibong Bus Terminal and there are some food stall nearby at night. Parking space limited since it's near shop lots and housing area. However u can just park in front of nearby houses or shops.
