First up: the room itself was fine, plenty of space, good a/c and internet. The bathroom was shared, just the one on the second floor. I did have a problem checking in: there is a kiosk, but it told me to go to the check in counter. There isn't one. There are three numbers given to obtain assistance - eventually I connected with the owner and he restarted the check in kiosk and I was good to go, bhut it was an annoying delay. I made problems for myself by locking everything in my room - the kiosk will give a replacement card but that requires 20 MYR - luckily a fellow guest helped me out. Location wise, it is in a quiet residential area, but there are a couple of noisy bars not far away if that's your thing (inaudible from the Rivermoon) and a few food places. Best of all, the 888 foodcourt is very close. If coffee is your thing, the Slow Bar is 10 minutes walk away.
Just went with my family, Very good location close to city center and beach..value for your money..clean, well kept property.
