The noisy room with the compressor at the back, do you think customers can sleep peacefully? I asked to change the room because first yes of course the noisy room I paid for to rest, at the reception.. they said the room was full then complained that I had to find a room.. what's wrong with customer service? The room is better changed to a store.. The bathroom.. the water heater doesn't work, the mirror is dirty, the shower head is rusty, what's wrong with this hotel management? The TV doesn't work at all, first reception gave me the damn remote? I asked to change the remote and up to 1 channel it couldn't be used!! The worst crazy experience I've ever had... what do you expect from a budget hotel? Hey budget hotel is at least comfortable to sleep at least it's good at least the mattress is changed!!!.. the place is close to the shop ii the mosque I think it's okay the other thing about the hotel out.. if next time I come to Kelantan first and last I'll check in near this hotel facilities out!! Bilik bising dengan compressor kat belakang korang rasa cust boleh tenang ke nak tidur ?aku minta untuk tukar bilik sebab first yes ofcourse bilik bising aku byr untuk nak rehat, kat reception.. kata bilik penuh la lepas tu mengeluh kena cari bilik.. apa benda punya customer servirce? Bilik tu better tukar jadi store je la..Bilik air.. water heater tak function cermin kotor kepala shower berkarat apa benda management hotel ni? Tv langsung tak function first reception bagi remote yg jahanam? Aku minta tukar remote and up 1 channel pun tak boleh guna!! Srs talk experience yg worst gila aku pernah rasa... what do you expect hotel budget? Hey hotel budget pun atleast keselesaan nk tido pun elok laa at least tilam tu tukar!!!.. tempat dekat dengan kedai ii masjid tu jela aku rasa okey yg lain pasal hotel out.. if next time datang kelantan first and last aku check in dekat hotel ni facilities out!!
