Located in front of waterfront... Across the hotel is a river. Not far from sibu river cruise (walking distance). Parking lot a little bit limited, parking along the shoplot. The room was clean, we really satisfied with the room 😊. Super worthy with the price. Toilet also clean, staff also good 👍. No elevator, it's okay because this is a budget hotel, just minus for the stairwell was too narrow.
