Bilik luas dan selesa, lokasi berdekatan jalan utama, surau ada di seberang jalan. Ada mini market dan kedai makan berhampiran. Penghuni lain pun sangat menjaga adab, tak bising atau bercakap kuat bila dah malam.Penyaman udara tidak beberapa sejuk, ada labah-labah besar sebelah katil, kunci pintu tandas pakai sikat, suis untuk cas telefon agak longgar, bilik tak kedap bunyi, pemanas air tak berfungsi.
Hotel ni blh la ambil...amat recommended pada pemancing2 yg lawan area ketara..x jauh dalam 5 minit dah sampai...hotel pun tepi jalan ada kedai runcit kat bawah.kedai makan seberang jalan je..semua kemudahan ada lah..cuma untuk ekon ada masalah lah ckit..lambat nk sejuk..tapi kalau dah 5 jam tu memang sejuk lah..pe2 terbaik lah hotel ni..layanan dia pun ok.
