We booked this hotel last minute because we were exhausted and just needed a place to rest. Getting to the hotel was a little intimidating at first as it is located in a village area, but once we arrived around 12:30 a.m., all our worries disappeared. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, polite, and friendly. He gave us a warm welcome and explained everything clearly, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Service-wise, I would definitely give a solid 5/5. Breakfast is not served buffet-style but comes as a set meal. For the price paid, I found it quite reasonable and affordable. As for the room, I hope the hotel can improve the overall freshness. When I opened the room door, the bathroom door was already open, and the smell from the bathroom made the room feel unpleasant. The floor was clean and dust-free, which I appreciated. However, I noticed some stains on the white bed sheets, which could be improved. The water pressure was good, and overall, we had a comfortable stay. I would rate this hotel 4/5. If the management improves the room scent and ensures cleaner-looking bed sheets, it would easily deserve a 5-star rating from me.
