the uncle at the front office was very attentive to my request. last minute I requested for extra bed, and he tried to accommodate it. he even helps me to change the room and bring the mattress, prepare it in my room. despite of fully booked because it's Hari Raya, the uncle was very kind to help me. Iron board is in front of the stairs to use which is very convenient. the only weakness is no lift, so I think it's difficult if you travel with old folks or bring big luggage. the location is very near to town, about a 6-minute drive. a lot of parking in front of the hotel.
