The staff that attend to us during our check-in was helpful. She changed our assigned room to lower level, as one of our family member had difficulty in climbing up the stairs.The room/hotel description should be more upfront in informing future customers that they don't have lift service, may not be suitable for elderly who needs to climb stairs daily to their room.
The checkin experience was absolutely fantastic, with the staff being extremely efficient and friendly. The amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Highly recommended!
