This very old hotel is only suitable when one is staying for 1 or 2 nights only as the room & service are a bit poor, even though the location is great & price is cheap (usd 15 for a standatd room). Service - wifi is not available at all inside room at 2nd floor area (only available at reception area), no lift, drinking water is of boiled water filled into 1.5 litre PET bottle (available upon request at reception area) & temporary uggage storage is provided upon checking out. Room - look quite run down, aircon & hot shower ok. Male & female receptionists are ok if one talks to them nicely. Location - very good as it is within 5 minutes walk to Gaya Street, Suria Sabah Mall, the jetty to islands, wet market, seafront food stalls, etc.
