Great location in Little India and surrounded by good, cheap food including a Michelin rated samosa stall and several great curry places. It's reasonably clean and very cheap so good value. However, they need to fix their plumbing as it leaks, even at reception. There was a leak in my room causing water to fall down the drain which was loud and annoying. And the windows are not sealed properly. This let's in a lot of noise, including the call to prayer which is very loud. And the curtains should be better to block out more light. It's good, clean and comfortable and in a great location but you need ear plugs and a face mask to get a good night's sleep. I worry the plumbing leaks may genuinely damage the building long term.
