The check-in experience at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was polite and efficient, making the process quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations. But the staff made up for it with their attentive and friendly service. Overall, a great stay!
The checkin experience was excellent, smooth, and hassle-free. However, the food was disappointing, with limited options and taste. The amenities were average, nothing extraordinary. Overall, a pleasant stay with great checkin process but the food and amenities could be improved.
