(Translated by Google) The room is clean, comfortable, big.. the staff are all nice, friendly & very customer friendly.. the hotel facilities are 8/10 because they don't stock toothpaste even after a day and a half check in there & TV prob x de chanel so 3 days 2 nights without chanel tv is quite boring. .other than that, everything is ok, only our aircond can't be adjusted to 16°, it's too cold, so it's off when it's very cold & on when it's hot... (Original) Bilik bersih, selesa, besar..staff semua bagus peramah & very mesra pelanggan..kelengkapan hotel 8/10 sebab tak restok ubat gigi even dh sehari setengah checkin kt situ & tv prob x de chanel jadi 3hari 2mlm tanpa chanel tv agak membosankan..selain dari tu semua ok cuma aircond kita x boleh adjust 16° tu btol2 sejuk so kene off bila sejuk sgt & on bila mcm dah panas...
