The staff were friendly and helpful. They were transparent with the transactions. I think that the bad reviews that you see online with regards to the staff are most likely caused by the language barrier. As tourists, you should take into consideration that people might not understand you well or are unable to express themselves in English well.nnThe building looks old, but it is kept clean and tidy.nnThe bathroom facilities are working well. Water heater worked perfectly. The same goes for the AC unit.nnIt's a simple hotel for you to spend your night. And it serves its purpose excellently.The noise from the traffic outside can be a nuisance at night.nnI would appreciate it if there was a desk in my room for me to eat a meal on or do my work. The only furnitures in the room were a chair, a bed and a table for the TV set. But for the price, I think it's ok.

an unexpected gemhumble, clean, good staff comm and location was spot on. in the centre. needed a gud place for a gud night sleep spending the whole day outside. location , very strategic to get to all the pretty spots around perlis. price was gud as its just for having a clean comfortable place to freshen up and sleep.
