The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Overall, a great experience with a 5-star rating!
We stayed here for a month, and one of the best things I can say is that we would definitely return and stay again for another month. The location is its overwhelmingly redeeming feature, since it is so close to everything. Pastry shop across the street, coffee a few doors down, convenience store also close, and dozens of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. You can get to the Pavilion, or times square shopping center, or the food Street within 10 to 15 minutes. Because we stayed for so long, we opted for one of the larger rooms with the private bath and that made it all the more more tenable. We did not have a refrigerator, and after working through some storage issues with the common fridge in the eating area, we were able to get by. They had a hot water boiler and a toaster, so I found it very comfortable to have coffee and breakfast pastry there every morning. The gentlemen at the front desk were always very kind and courteous and we did not require ongoing housekeeping so we had little to do with any other staff. It does not fit the most common description of a five-star hotel, but when I take into account the room, the service, and the location, it hits all the marks.
