The room was okay, but the AC was not too cool enough for the room. The staff was nice but the problem there is not parking nearby for motorcycle. Have to come down to smoking without any space or chair to seat. Room no.1 got noise disturb after midnight even close the window. Overall 4 star.

The room was very nice..love this place.. this hotel was near the place that I want to go..may be I chose this hotel when I come to penang for other time..👍👍
