this is my first time stay at this hotel really love this hotel even dont have lift and i must stay at level 3 but really satisfy with their room very clean and smell good the environment hotel also beautiful colour every level of this hotel have the art decoration hanging on wall so beautifull microwave for heat our food also have it and space to make drink like coffee ironing for iron our clothes also they prepare it this hotel also have a space and small table and chair to guest spend time to chatting each other space for 1 guest also much satisfy staff also so helpful parking also available front of hotel speedmart 99 just beside the hotel most recommend to all people that want to stay at this hotel thank you so much for the service that staff serve to us next time if i have to stay at penang, i will check in again here thank you thank you
