The Malay lady at the counter is very helpful. however the hotel it self is not that wow as you can find a better options in the large amounts of hotels in KL. The location is the best thing of this hotel, the surrounding of the hotel is so dirty.

Lovation and service is good. the rooms a bit tiny, I am giving this high rate becuase of the receptionest lady.
