After reading many negative Google reviews, I was honestly hesitant to book this hotel. I expected poor service, but my experience was completely the opposite. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite throughout my stay. The room was small, but perfectly suitable for a single person and well maintained. The hotel provided complimentary water bottles, toothbrush, and toothpaste, which was a nice touch. All basic facilities were available in the room, and everything was clean and organized. I stayed for 2 nights and had no complaints at all. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I’m glad I didn’t rely only on the bad reviews this hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for solo travelers looking for a clean and convenient stay. 👍
