The hotel is quite affordable, and I think it's strategically located for the Sungai Petani area. A 7-Eleven is quite close, there are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the train station is just across the street. The room was quite tidy with a comfortable bed, and glasses and a water jug were provided. You could refill the water as much as you needed. There's a TV in the room, but unfortunately it only offers local channels, so it can't access YouTube or anything like that. Furthermore, the bathroom floor is slippery. I don't know why, but it can't be removed with just water; it has to be scrubbed. My favorite thing about this hotel is the smoking room. It's dark and creepy, but the view is what truly captivates me. The traffic light intersection in the middle of the night, along with the streetlights and surrounding buildings, is truly serene. Lastly, friendly and informative receptionist.
