The checkin experience was smooth and hassle-free, with the staff being friendly and efficient. The amenities provided were top-notch, offering everything one could require for a comfortable stay. The staff members were extremely helpful and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this hotel!
The location of the hotel was excellent, providing easy access to all the attractions. However, the check-in experience and staff could use some improvement. Despite this, I still give the hotel 5 stars because its perfect location made up for the other shortcomings.
