Quite, well maintainedIt’s very well maintained facility in a quiet location. Switch in our room controlling the AC broke at 10 pm and some from the family came to rescue and changed it completely in 15 min! nIt has a parking, room has a porch to have your tea, there is a kettle and cups in the room and water and coffee was provided daily.It’s not a downside but you just need to be aware that it’s 15 min to town so you probably will need a car to get to Semporna
Everything great. Even though it's besides the main road, it was fairly quite. Bathroom could have been a bit better, but we got pretty much what we expected for this price range. Room was really clean, sheets smellled nice and were clean. Bryan and the houskeeper (sorry, I don't know how to write his name) were extremely nice, they helped with everything when we asked. It was a great place for a few days, we did island hopping from Semporna.
