I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, deserving a 4-star rating. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and amenities, both receiving a 1-star rating. Overall, the staff was courteous and the location was convenient.

I must say, the amenities of this hotel are absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the checkin experience was seamless and the staff was incredibly friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on. A 5-star experience overall!
