The check-in experience was on point, hassle-free and quick. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all major attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, but could use a little more attention to detail. Overall, I had a great stay!

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, deserving a 4-star rating. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and amenities, both receiving a 1-star rating. Overall, the staff was courteous and the location was convenient.
