Our one-night stay was pleasant. The room was quite clean, affordable, and definitely worth it for a 1 Queen and 1 King bed at RM101. The lobby staff were all friendly. The hotel is located quite far from the main road, so there was minimal noise from cars and motorcycles at night, which ensured a good night's rest. However, the water heater wasn’t working, so I was freezing. Other than that, everything else was okay.
Location is excellent: Unbeatable convenience for attending events/graduation at UTM. Basic amenities provided (water dispenser, heater). No window in the room, making it feel confined. Poor soundproofing: Noise from the hallway (people talking/walking) and the road was clearly audible. Very few food options nearby. must plan meals ahead.
