I’ve seen some comments and videos about your hotel. I understand that everyone has the right to share their opinions. However, if there are any mistakes from the staff, it would be better to guide them to improve their customer service skills rather than blame them harshly. At the same time, some guests may not fully understand the hotel procedures and end up scolding the front desk staff unfairly. Please remember that staff are doing their job and working hard to support their families. A little understanding and respect from both sides would make things better for everyone.
