Highly recommended motel! Booked a king bed and got a great view of both the main road and the sea. Both the room and bathroom were sparkling clean. The location is super strategic; restaurants are within walking distance. There is even a restaurant right below the motel, making it super easy to grab a bite whenever you're hungry, but do note it closes at 12 midnight. The staff were incredibly friendly too. I was pleasantly surprised by the security system for the rooms 😂. The entrance door uses an autolock system that opens with a sensor key. It feels very secure since non-guests can’t just walk in. Just a minor heads-up: remember to bring a mosquito spray as there were some mosquitoes 🦟. This is my honest review! 🌹

Everything is brand new. Love my stay here. I had a good short nap, as soon as I check in. Single room is decent sized. Just nice for a solo traveler. As a solo traveler, I enjoy my stay at Motel Hai Thien. New pillow, lilen and matress. Bathroom is new and spotless clean. Water heater works well. The cleaning lady does an amazing job. Hope owner does not increase price. Muslim friendly. Suitable for Solo and Couple. Not suitable for families with kids as rooms are small. Will stay again if visit perlis. Recommended for budget travelers
