Clean and spotless room. It's a roomstay with private owner operated. It's not actually a hotel. You perform self checkin and owner guide you thru WhatsApp. But the room is like a hotel itself. But the LRT tracks run beside the building, LRT go by every 10mins. So the sound is somewhat uncomfortable if you not familiar.
