The amenities at the hotel were excellent and fully deserving of 5 stars. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, also deserving of 5 stars. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous, once again deserving of 5 stars. Overall, a top-notch experience.
The hotel was just okay. The amenities were not up to the mark and the location was not convenient. The check-in experience was average. Overall, it was a decent stay but nothing extraordinary.
