I recently stayed at this hotel, and I think it’s only fair to share both the positives and the areas that need improvement. The hotel definitely has some issues that management should address. The rooms could be cleaner, some facilities need better maintenance, and overall housekeeping standards should be improved. Small details like room cleanliness, fresh linens, and regular inspections would make a big difference. These are things I hope the hotel takes seriously because they directly affect the guest experience. That being said, I had a completely different experience with the staff. The team was polite, approachable, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. They remained professional even during busy hours, which I really appreciated. I especially want to mention the Bangladeshi lady at the front desk. She stood out because of her patience, kindness, and genuine hospitality. She welcomed guests with a smile, handled every situation calmly, and made people feel comfortable. I also noticed how naturally she interacted with families and young children. Her caring attitude and excellent customer service left a very positive impression on me. A hotel is more than just its building. Good staff can make a stay much more pleasant, and I believe the employees here are one of the hotel’s strongest assets. If the management invests more in improving cleanliness, maintenance, and room quality while continuing to support such dedicated staff, this hotel could offer a much better experience in the future.
