* a fine budget hotel located in old Sandakan city, walking distance to the Sandakan oldest mosque, walking distance to the jetty (to go to islands), walking distance to Pasar besar Sandakan, walking distance to Pasar Subuh (open start at 8.30 pm till 7 am like that), walking distance to shopping mall, walking distances to Zus coffee, walking distances to restaurants, and also walking distances to sundry store such as 7e. * quite difficult to find parking (paid parking during working hour) * this is a really old-budget hotel so it's not too cosy but still okay to be a place for rest and sleep. The room quite clean.. But the toilet a bit need attention to be fixed, our toilet got leaking at the bottom of the wall so sometimes the water from the toilet flowing out to the room's main door, thankful it's not flowing to the bed. *The toilet bowl was clogged. Water always came out of the flush. * staffs friendly. They willing came to clean our room when we asked..the toilet have water-heater.. And the room have wifi well-functioned.
