The check-in experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff was efficient, friendly, and ensured a smooth process. However, the staff's behavior did not meet my expectations. The amenities provided were decent, but could use some improvements.
All is good for us ladies travellers. Maybank branch is opposite hotel to withdraw cash if you run out...close to all eateries.
