Booked a "pay at hotel" option, but when I arrived, my name was in the system, yet there were no rooms available. The staff called the manager to figure out why there was a shortage of keys. In the end, I found another hotel. I kindly asked them to change my payment method to "pay at hotel." Thank you!
Kamar bersih, ruangnya luas. Terdapat petunjuk arah kiblat. Kamar mandi juga besar dan bersih. Air panasnya berfungsi dengan baik. Kami meminta air panas, dan hotel memberikan pemanas karena ada bayi 👶🏻 Parkir tersedia ✔️ Lift ada, tetapi sedang dalam perawatan ✔️ Pasti akan memesan lagi di lain waktu 😊
