I would like to sincerely thank your team for making my solo birthday trip such a memorable and comfortable experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The room environment was peaceful and relaxing, especially the beautiful night view and the calm atmosphere in the morning, which made me feel very much at home. I would also like to compliment your staff members — including the front desk team, housekeeping staff, and the staff at the retail shop downstairs. Everyone was friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my stay. The convenience store operating hours (7:00 AM – 2:00 AM) were very convenient, and the restaurant downstairs also served good food and beverages. Honestly, the environment was so comfortable that I spent most of my four days and three nights relaxing in the hotel itself. However, I would also like to share a few suggestions for improvement: 1. I noticed that the self-service laundromat mentioned on the signage was actually unavailable. After checking with the staff, I was informed that this service is not provided. I hope the management can clarify or improve this in the future. 2. The Wi-Fi/network connection was slightly weak at times, although it did not significantly affect my stay. Other than these minor points, my experience was excellent, and I genuinely loved the stay.

Perfect location for us with a big room and onsite gym (which is very basic) it all needs a little care and maintenance as it’s showing its age but it’s in good condition very clean and the onsite staff are excellent. We had a good view from our room and everything worked.
