I have a special experience in this hotel, where the AC in the single room I booked is not working properly, at first I was disappointed due to no elevator and weak hot water but once I informed the staff they provide me a double bed room, I have to say I'm very satisfied haha. Thank you for the service! ☺️

Stayed at Capital Rail Hotel for a business trip. Room is basic but functional. Towels provided but no toiletries, so bring your own. Coffee and tea also not provided. Location is convenient since it's right above Kluang Rail Coffee and next to Ninso but it's a little bit far from town. Overall ok for a short stay.
