Room 103 needs repair at the tap and bidet. Both are leaking. The hot shower switch needs to be repaired too. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel's location is just perfect, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great experience!
