⭐️Apollo Hotel Johor Bahru exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. Having travelled both within Malaysia and internationally, I really appreciate the extra effort the management puts into making guests feel comfortable. 📍The location is one of its biggest strengths. It’s strategically located with plenty of eateries and daily conveniences nearby, while AEON Mall is just across the road within walking distance. I booked my stay through Booking.com and managed to get a better rate than the walk-in price, making it even more worthwhile. 🏷️The room rate is reasonable, and the hotel provides thoughtful facilities such as a water dispenser and ironing station on every floor, which are very convenient for travellers. 🔥What impressed me the most is that they even provide complimentary breakfast at no extra charge. It’s a simple breakfast with toast, margarine, and jam, but it’s a thoughtful gesture that many budget hotels in Malaysia don’t offer. They also provide a microwave for guests, and I really respect the owner’s consideration in clearly stating that it is designated for halal food only. It’s a small detail that reflects respect and sensitivity towards guests. ✅Overall, this is a clean, affordable, and well-managed hotel with several thoughtful touches that make it stand out from many other budget hotels.
