The mattress is upside down. I have to turn it middle of the night because the springs are poking me when I sleep. And quite a lot of hair around. The door knob is a bit hard to lock when I’m going out.

The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, evecrything was spick and span. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, the staff was very welcoming. The location was perfect, easily accessible and in a convenient area. Overall, a fantastic stay!
