OYO – the World’s Fastest-Growing Young Hotel Startup, checks into Dallas, Texas

OYO Hotels & Homes, the young hotel startup, which also happens to be one of the world’s fastest-growing hospitality companies, celebrates its continuing success in the U.S., announcing its very first hotel in the fabulous city of Dallas, Texas and opens doors of its first set of hotels –  OYO Inn Dallas South, OYO Townhouse Park Central Galleria, OYO Hotel Wichita Falls, and OYO Hotel Killeen, in Dallas.

We also have 8 more hotels in the pipeline in Dallas and aim to expand our presence to cities like New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco in the U.S., our new home market.

Our hotels in the U.S. were conceptualized with the belief that everyone deserves a better life, a beautifully designed, chic and comfortable living space. To do so, we upgrade bland, generic spaces and places, design them with next-gen chic and design moxie and offer them at hard-to-ignore prices, for the American travelers and city dwellers. By combining the best of both worlds – traditional high-quality and consistency, along with the design focus of a new-age brand – we plan to partner, manage and open the doors to an average of one hotel building per day. Our growth in the USA has already generated over 1000 jobs so far, a reflection of our contribution to the local communities we serve in.

We continue to bring our successful model of combining design, hospitality, financial acumen and operational capabilities to real estate owners in Dallas giving them the ability to get a higher return on investments, access easy financing opportunities, transform their hotels and offer good quality customer service, thereby significantly increasing occupancy and profitability – in every OYO building.

The 32 room hotel owned by brothers Hasubhai Patel and Parimal Patel, has already seen occupancy grow by almost 50% in less than three months of transformation into an OYO building.

OYO Hotel Wichita Falls has also seen an incredible jump in occupancy from 13% to 83%, while OYO Hotel Killeen’s occupancy has gone up by 25-30% and continues to add value to new assets.

OYO Hotel Wichita Falls, Wichita-Falls

There is a huge disconnect between demand and supply of quality living spaces, forcing travelers and city-dwellers to compromise on location, quality, and price. For the average American traveler and city dweller, comfortable, cool and value-based mid-market hospitality options are a pressing need and we aim to bridge the gap between supply and demand and bring to life a fun, friendly and value-chic stay experience to the city.
