What an incredible hotel! The staff were so attentive and friendly, truly going above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us by decorating the room for my boyfriend's birthday at no extra charge, which was such a delightful touch. The rooms are spotless, modern, and super comfy. The location is perfect, right in the city center, and it only took us about 25 minutes to drive to Exmouth beach. Plus, the train station is just across the street, making it easy to catch a train to the beach as well. We parked at the train station for just £7 a day. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable!
I spent the night here for my birthday with my son, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They were incredibly accommodating and provided us with a lovely room that had an extra bed. To my surprise, they even decorated the bed with a beautiful happy birthday design, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. The beds were super comfy, and the room was not only beautiful but also spotless. All the staff were wonderful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday—thank you so much! :)
