This is a real home experience. The staff here is great. The over night and night shift staff are very prompt in helping with any or all issues! Jalysa during the evening shift is great! She in the short time of her being here has seemed to adapt quickly. Miss Yvonne and Rose Marie in the mornings are very nice and understanding. I love this place and invite all to come stay here and enjoy such experience. Conveniently located to most attractions offered by San antonio.
I would just like to say I had some pretty bad experience in other hotels.Recently coming over here is been refreshing because they show you respect and they understand bad things happen.I recently had a job that did not want to pay me.I was in a bind and they actually looked out for me when they could But I would like to thank Theresa Because she was helpful when I needed the help Thank you still.A guest at this time...
