Yes, but the window needs to be secured in the room & I also appreciate the hospitality and niceness of the staff but I spoke with the manager and customer service about the safety issues that were a concern. And the customer service representative in the 1800 number was so kind thank you so much.
I have been staying here for about a week, and I must say that Ms. Shirley at the front desk, Ms. Anna the housekeeper, and Mr. Jesus, who does both roles, have been truly outstanding! They are exceptionally welcoming and friendly, always going out of their way to help guests. Motel 6 should definitely acknowledge the hard work of these three! However, I rated the experience four stars because the property, rooms, and inventory could use some improvements.
