We had a lovely time during our stay! Unfortunately, we couldn't get a room on the ground floor, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom could have used a bit more attention, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The location of the hotel was a bit unexpected, nestled in a less vibrant area of San Antonio, but it turned out to be a convenient spot for exploring the city.
