Everything was amazing. Front desk people sure know how to make people want to stay longer. Always making sure everyone is happy. Natasha is always going above and beyond to make sure the guests have what they need. Rooms are always clean. The only down fall with the few times I've stayed was the water pressure in the shower or the shower curtain was falling off the wall. But other then that it's a great hotel. Always look forward to coming back when I need a place to stay when in cedar rapids.
A young man named Willard helped me out. My electrical units werent working in my room and I have a pacemaker placed in my body that sends data to a heart monitor i have to keep plugged in. He accommodated me in less than 7 minutes. He was a godsend and the rest of the staff was amazing as well. Thank him and thank you
