Stayed here for a few months. Michelle at the front desk is the most awesome, kindest person I’ve gotten to meet. I am grateful for her approachable presence and her genuine kindness. She’s great at her job and is always keeping busy. She’s goes above and beyond each and everyday to make the day seem special. Michelle is an asset to your company. Thank you for being wonderful and putting a smile on my face day after day. Thanks also for showering my dog with love and lots of treats!
There was a booking issue with the third party app I used… the worker on the clock helped make it happen and got me my room without much hassle. I also was in need of a water and the helpful receptionist in the morning took care of me and got me a bottle of water although they don’t normally have them available. Made my morning much more smooth
